Attention Toy Collectors!
Dear toy collectors, I am here to find help and hopefully fill some empty spaces in your toy collections or maybe help some new toy collectors build up their new collections. For some time now I have been sitting upon a massive toy collection which I inherited from my father who has since passed away. The amount of toys that I have is a little over whelming and I trying to find buyers of either the whole collection, chunks of it, or pits and pieces of it. I am not a money hungry seller looking to squeeze every dollar I can from each toy, but I am looking to get fair prices on these toys and hopefully not lose all of the time and money my father spent building up the collection. I am compiling a list of all the toys that I have for interested buyers to look at and make offers upon. Like I said I will consider offers on the whole collection or just bits of it. I am also open to any suggestion on how I can make this process easier. Thank you and I am looking forward to hearing from some of you soon.
Below is contact information and a growing list of toys

Star Wars
Star trek
Spawn
Gundam
Hotwheels
Batman
GiJoe
Ultimate soldier
X-men
Superman
Spiderman
Hulk
Rocket man
Vintage model kits
Teenage mutant ninja turtles
Alien/predator
Simpsons
Various Classic movie toys
Matrix
And many more

I will try and answers as many question as I can and send pictures as requested.

Okay I'm the first to respond to this, so yay to me, lol. Honestly the best thing you can do is organize all the figures/items into collections, so all the gi joe over here, all the matrix over there, keep things together, that way if you have a gi joe collector who only collects it he/she can see exactly what you have and make an offer on the lot or pick and choose. All you need to do is right down is name of character, company, year and condition, so 1999 mcfarlane matrix neo with guns in box slight dent, etc, will help sell the items as some collectors are MOC/MISB only and other are fine with loose items or damaged packaging as they intend to open them.

Shipping, invest in boxes, bubble wrap, tape, go to your local postoffice and apply for a bulk shipping acct or discounted acct for shipping so much, retail stores will give u empty boxes to save on cost. Consider ebay for selling bulk, but u then intern can give the items to a scalper who will try to charge us collectors more. Myself I'm interested in Marvel Legends figures, iron man, hellboy, tmnt, some matrix, spiderman, xmen, maybe the odd gundam, and other item but honestly I need to see pics, and talk prices before I can make an offer.

I think a lot of people would be interested and I for one am always ready to buy the right items in lots. Photos are crucial. Upload photos to a site like photobucket and send us the link .

Seeing as it doesn't sound like you are a collector, it might be easier to take photos of the things you're trying to sell so that we can see exactly what you have. Sometimes there are multiple versions of a single character in a line and some of the can be worth more than others, this will help people know exactly what they are buying.

I for one would be interested in some of the Predator figures if they are 3 3/4" scale (roughly the same size as G.I. Joe figures in the 80's). I look forward to looking though what you have for sale as you sort it out.

Cheers,
Brad

I'm not saying this is necessarily the case - but someone on a toy trading facebook group came around with a story very similar to this (father died, trying to clear our a comic store he owned for low prices) and ended up scamming a bunch of people (me included), though most of us were able to get our money back...

Forewarned is forearmed.

i gotta agree with the majority here,no point in trying to off load figures if you dont have photo proof or feedback to back it up.if any one else is thinking about buying from this guy,DEMAND a pic with the item and the potential buyers name beside it AKA written on a piece of paper.
like so

if he cant provide photo proof DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER,or DO NOT SEND PAYPAL PAYMENT AS "GIFT".
sorry dude nothing personal but like some here,i too got scammed by a so called seller, same shit had stacks of figures but always had an excuse NOT to post pics.

yeah I will definitely start doing all those things im going to start to organize and upload photos as soon as I can! I understand your fear of being scammed but ill do everything I can to prove im not a scammer, first by uploading all my photos with my user name and a little signature or something on a piece of paper like jackieboy suggested. Thanks for the help!
