My Lobo was like that (but it was the right arm) and at least for me it wasn't broken it was just not fully assembled. It took a few tries and a hairdryer to soften the shoulder piece but I was able to pop the bicep peg in place and it's been fine since. Definitely would've been better if I hadn't needed to put it together myself but also could've been worse.

By the way, of all places, GameStop seems to be the only one that has the new Gotham Knights Red Hood in stock, and it's on sale right now for $16 instead of the usual $20.

Todd himself just posted on his Facebook that the Year 2 Batman will go up for preorder on Friday 8am CST at Target. He did say that it'll be online only.

Word of caution to anyone interested in this figure: the upper arms have a tendency to break, right out of the package, even if you don't twist/turn the arm.

I'll post a full review later today, but if you have either Batman Beyond or Inque as Batman Beyond, the spare hands fit on Red Hood and can hold Thomas Wayne's guns.
