I'm going to be in the market for an action figure stand for some 4-inch/6-inch figures.
I mostly collect DC figures, but I've seen Mattel's figure stands, and they're not what I'm looking for. Can anybody suggest some ideas of good stands to look for? And perhaps include a link to where I could get them? Preferably, I'm looking for something with a jointed arm, along the lines of this. ![]() Last edited by Cyberfur Omega; 05-17-2014 at 01:31 AM.. |

![]() As to your actual question, I would recommend Tamashii "Act" Series stages. They are probably the best in terms of quality and versatility, though I'm not sure how accommodating they can be for some figure scales. You should be able to pick them up at most Japanese import sites like Hobby Link Japan (HLJ), AmiAmi, and Mandarake or even through Tamashii Nations' US distributor, Bluefin. We've had some discussions regarding figure stands on Toyark in the past, but I can't recall offhand which thread(s) it appeared in to provide you with specific links. Maybe when/if other Arkers chime in, they will know where to look for it.

I recommend these for flight stands:
Multi Stand Clear by Obitsu | HobbyLink Japan and these for ground level stand plates(good for 4" figs) http://www.amazon.com/Action-Figure-...+figure+stands I dont know of any good 6" ground stands though.
