I happened upon something at Target's Reviews of The Mattel Indominus Rex. The Figure breaks basically while Still in Box. There have been several Reports from Target's Reviews of it happening as people Press the Roar Button it simply Stops Working altogether

I have one and Pressed the button a few times and no issues. I'm not wondering if it was a case of transport drop, kids pressing the Button a lot, or a careless employee during stocking

My son and I were playing with one at target. Seemed to work fine. Of course kids that are to rough can do some damage I’m sure. I kind of want this but I really am just sitting on the edge of my seat for that brachiosaurus.

A tale exist with traditional toymakers in Germany. The more complicated the toy the more kids can get bored. Indominis has too much bells n whistles. Instead, as pointed in an earlier post, the big Brachiasaurus is the "simply" better toy. (Refreshingly free from electronics). Keep it simple.
