Interesting to see some more Multiverse figures. Wasn't expecting second versions of Aquaman and Cyborg. Aquaman I can kinda understand, but I wish they had just included an alternate head for Cyborg. The Parademon and Mera figures are definitely nice additions.

The Basic line looks like it'll be fun for kids, and the Parademons might not lok too bad next to the Multiverse figures as cheaper army builders.

F**k yeah! Aquaman and Mera are definite purchases. Don't really care about the others though.

But did there really have to be two different lines that are the same size? Couldn't have made the less articulated figures 4 inch instead? Just makes no sense to me.

I thought we were getting a 4" line according to that eBay sale that was on the front page a couple of days ago?

Nope. The carded figures that were mistaken for 4" figures are the roughtly 5"/6" line of Basic figures. Basically a line of figures just like the Basic line BvS got last year.

Both Batmans, Flash, and shirtless Aquaman all have one. Besides it's not like it's an absolute necessity.

I'd say at this point ab crunch (or at least some kind of ab joint) and ankle rockers should be a necessity. They only make the figure better.

Couldn't care less about them to be perfectly honest. Not sure what the proper term is but the ball joint or whatever it's called going from the chest to the torso works perfectly fine and doesn't break up the sculpt as bad like an ab crunch.

Also just noticed Mera has one too. So that's 5 of them with an ab crunch.

Most of these I will probably skip. Already have the main trinity from Mafex(though I will replace Wonder Woman once I see some good reviews of the WW movie version, Mezco version, or SHF version) and will probably go for either SHF for the rest of the League. But Mera, she likely won't get a figure from those guys, so she's on my must have list.

Automatic purchases for me. That looks to be a different Batmobile behind the Multiverse figures. It looks to be a nice alternative for those who don't want to buy the electronic one with all of the features. Very exciting.

At what point are they going to modify the Wonder Woman costume? Or are they going to phone it in with that one?
Why not use Iron Man as a template? Or Captain America? Or even Batman? Or Superman, who gets changes albeit moderate ones? Keeping the spirit of the costume alive but modifying it?

Based on the Hot Toys JL figure, she's been in three movies already with no changes to her. Bummer. Been waiting years for someone to portray Wonder Woman and am willing to collect but with this lack of modification, I'd say one is enough.

It's an industry standard. At this point there is no excuse for all fully posseable figures to not have them and ankle rockers/pivots.

What happened to the preorder link on entertainment earth for justice league RC batmobile. In the above pics..its already looking like cheap plastic toy..whereas during the demo pics n videos it looked more detailed and realistic... Better paint etc.

I'm buying the batmobile set (when it goes on sale) and keeping bats and robin in the car. that's it. not really big on how funko figures look.

Where are the pictures of the non-movie figures? Like the Clayface BAF wave and stuff?

Iron Man is a tinkerer, he will always have a new suit because he's addicted to building them. Captain America's suit changes very little other than color palette between his three movies. Batman is in the same ground as Stark, always improving. Superman's suit barely changes, so...yeah. Wonder Woman's "costume" is Amazonian armor. Considering that it doesn't seem like she can go home in this version, it is literally her only tie to Themiscyra, so I doubt she's in a hurry to repaint it. And you could also make the argument that it's made from materials that can't be replicated in the world of man. And there HAS been slight modification to it. In BvS, she had a strap going over her left shoulder, but in WW and JL, it's now going over her right shoulder, which makes more sense since that's where she apparently keeps her sword, even though a belt sheath would be more practical.
