Amanda Waller? They're making a toy of the Wall herself? Awesome!

She really lacks any action figure appeal at all. She's a necessary character on the show, but... as a toy?
She'll only be Amanda "Shelf Warmer" Waller. Guaranteed. Except they'll package her with a Superman and Batman figure so some kid will be like "Yes! Supes and Bats! But who the heck is this fat chick??"

Yeah in Heroclix she got a bystander token(a pog with a one click dial for those that don't know) and in the final set from Wizkids she got her own figure. It was pathetic, and it took a slot away that could've been for my Thom Kallor Starman.

I personally don't care for her in any form, comic, cartoon, etc but this figure may surprise everyone and be the one everyone wants if for just the reason of having it. I've seen some sillier things sell than Waller. I can't even find the JLU figures in stores anymore so I don't need to worry.
Hey, Scarecrow, maybe sometime you can explain Starman to me. Been trying to figure him out since he showed up in the new JSA issues. |

I'm thinking few will get her initially and later on she'll become a rare and prized figure because she'll be the lynch pin in a comic story arc of epic proportions that will redefine the DCU, rivaling any Crisis plot.

Hey, Scarecrow, maybe sometime you can explain Starman to me. Been trying to figure him out since he showed up in the new JSA issues. I don't know how far you read so there aren't *major* spoilers, but I'll explain him a little more in the following. When he returned to Earth 1 he joined up with the JSA. He's schizophrenic and only in the future where he was a Legion member can he be treated for it, so he is just kind of wacky. Recently I believe he cured himself of his mental issues and it turned out he was making it all up in his head because of some master plan I don't think has been revealed yet. He's a really loveable character and his suit is just awesome looking. Just like every DC character his backstory is convoluted at best and I'm sure someone could explain him better. Still, that's about the whole of Starman on general terms. I haven't read JSA for months, but I've been meaning to. School had me really busy so I'm pretty behind on comics minus Booster Gold and Deadpool. DCD is releasing a Thom that looks absolutely stellar. He features a alternate head with his mask off and looks to be what you'd expect from the best DCD stuff. Sorry, rambling! |

I haven't seen many of the JLU episodes so I haven't seen her but in the comics she's something else and I hate her but I guess they think she'll appeal to someone. I wish the JLU was able to be preordered through my local comic store but things like that only can come in cases and I went that route with FF figures stuff once and swore never again.

All I have to say is watch the Justice League cartoon and realize the importance of Waller! I suspect she will be in a six pack though.

Actually, Gog cured Thom's schizophrenia, which turned out to be a problem. Once he was sane, he realized being crazy was integral to the reason he came back in time. |

I'm behind on all my books, too, but only by about 2 months. So, possible spoiler for scarecrow, at least:
