If they send you something you do not want or paid for with your money that's theft

I don't like He-Man hence why I did not buy it.. I don't know why you guys read what you want to and jump to reply. If I don't want something in my view its crappy that was a matter of opinion.. Thats why I included that no offense if you like them enjoy but if they send them to me using my money when I didn't order it they could have the resources of O.J. Simpson or Kasey Anthony and they'ed be dealing with more then just me.

No, it's not. At least not the way you phrased it here. In fact, I'm not even sure what point you're trying to make with that statement. If someone sends you something (wanted or unwanted, paid or unpaid), that is not theft.

Again: why would Mattel do that? What would be the point? It seems like someone made one sarcastic remark and now it's being blown way out of proportion.

smh.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. But I have to ask, do you own any of the MOTUC figures? You obviously love Mattel's DC figures, and to be perfectly honest (at least in my opinion), MOTUC blows them out of the water. Now, I really like Mattel's DC stuff. I like the style of them. But as straight action figures, MOTUC is miles ahead. Not considering any characters or personal favorites. Strictly speaking as action figures.

If you haven't given them a try I suggest you do. You may have a new passion. If you do own, or have owned, any, then never mind. You are entitled to your opinion (even though it's wrong)

What I am trying to say if they send me those MOTU figures, that I do not want, and not give me my money back there will be an issue

I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING MOTUC.... What part of that is not understood??? My Collection is DC and DC only. If I even get one it will be strapped to a firecracker blown up then returned with a statement Send no more and I will cancel my card.

But moving on the refunds should be to us soon so none of this makes the slightest difference

MOTU guys please stop being so sensitive about this if I had wanted the MOTU sub I would have done it. Clearly I wanted only the DC one that's my choice if you cannot accept that then that's your issue, go buy your MOTU and I'll buy the DC figures I missed after I get them all then unless a new line fitting the same appearance comes out I'll be done

Dude, you're the only one on here being sensitive. I was just suggesting that you may actually like the MOTU figures if you actually had one in hand. I was in no way suggesting you sub. You seem so against them, but have never given them a chance. Again, you're entitled to your opinion, but you come off as being incredibly ignorant. You keep ranting and raving like a little child. DC club didn't go through. You don't want MOTU. Fine. Shut the f*ck up already. I'm getting tired of hearing your constant whining.

you guys would be in the same boat.. About now I'm getting annoyed my money isn't back in my account yet, They knew the sub didn't go through 7 days ago and I have yet to receive a penny back.

I don't even understand why you keep mentioning if they send you a MOTUC. If you didn't sub to the line, they're wont be sending you anything. They're not just going to say, "oh hey, DC died, so we'll just send everyone who subbed MOTUC figures now". That's totally irrational.

Speaking for myself, I had a huge MOTUC collection. I had everybody and everything. I was collecting two of each character, one to open, one ot keep sealed. Then, I lost my interest in the line with all of the characters I did not care about, blackstic, too many additional figures, weapons/armors shown that required buying separate packs to get, prototypes becoming figures, and the constantly raising prices, the circus that is Digital River, etc. It also came to my realization that was I buying MOTUC due to nostalgia, not because I was a huge fan. I am a fan of the series, but not to the extent that Mattel wants me to be.

So, I sold off my collection and used the money to collect Figuarts as Sentai and Kamen Rider has been my true passion since I first laid eyes on MMPR twenty years ago. I even sold off my Transformers, GI Joes, and many other things and now pretty much just stick to collecting Figuarts and DCU (which is obviously coming to an end).

Actually I'm a bit like Dr. Kain I had the figures when I was a Kid but I lost interest when I was 10. They are nice figures and all but I cannot see me spending money on something that I have lost interest in. While yes DC's line is gone I still like and read the comic books I go to the DC Movies and still put on Smallville and Lois and Clark for Masters of the Universe there really isn't a market unless you are a collector and I am not for that line. I am not about to spend thousands to get back figures for an entire line when I am about half way with DCU figures.

100% correct. The whole idea of the subscription IS the binding contract. If you sub you tell them that "yes, I will give you money every month for a figure that I want, or don't want". Just one of many reasons I do not sub. I would of LOVED 90's Aquaman but it isn't worth going through all the hassle with DR and Mattel, but I am Canadian and DR thinks that Canada is a region in Sweden [another story for another day]. I am glad from a collectors view that MOTUC went through for the collectors who want it, but from a business point of view, I am upset that MOTUC went through because now Mattel won't change anything because hey, their biggest selling line is going through so nothing is wrong on their end, obviously.

/end little rant.

OH yeah, this is a given. Hence why I was so excited to hear Bandai got the rights to do DC Figuarts only to find out it was for the Injustice game. -_-

I'll probably still buy Flash regardless though.

No, they only showed a sign that said coming soon. I believe they had acquired the license right at the very beginning of July, so SDCC was too soon to have anything on display at that time.

Here's what Mattel has said. DCU items will NOT stop being made just 4 Horsemen will NOT be involved in the Construction of those Items. So any figures made the quality will not be nearly as nice

Or even have the amount of articulation they had.

here's whats worse they are going to have the Total Heroes items on the Mattycollector website. Oh yeah Mattel your are going to get a huge run on those... Them figures will collect dust in Mattel Warehouse. The main reason they needed so many subs was so that didn't happen and now they are setting themselves up for a huge reality check.
