Maybe transformers ?

I found these in a box of construx at a flea market so that gives me a hint they are 80's...any ideas? maybe transformers?

No idea what the chrome doodad is, but I don't think it's from a TF. The rifle is from GI Joe Recondo and the blue dealie is a broken shoulder piece for a KO Xabungle toy or Buddy L Blue Leader Robotron from the 80s.
