In terms of matching the show aesthetic I think DST did a better job, but as much as I hate to admit it McFarlane make better figures. If they keep releasing figures in a sensible manner I'm all in.

This is great and all, but when are we going to get more Warhammer 40K reveals? My Ultramarines Primaris Sergeant is looking very lonely without a squad of Primaris Intercessors to command...

The DST ones look better but those had horrible issues of sculpt killing poseability.
These look decent, but it's a shame they have reduced movement also but this time in terms of less articulation in general. Kinda wish they could have had someone like Bandai America make these - their recent stuff has much better poesability, especially recent Dragon Stars. |

40% of the price of the DST figures, but less articulation. But the DST figures can't pose that well anyway and I doubt they will release an Appa so I think I'll give McFarlane the benefit of the doubt on this line.

Hopefully Azula looks better than that godawful dst one. She was my favorite character.

These are the 5" ones. I'm sure the 7" line will have more articulation.

Does the 7" line have an Appa too? I will go with the line that has Appa.

If the DC batcycles are a sign then guessing we will get a 7 inch appa at some point too.

That's not a fair comparison at all. A batcycle is a one-person vehicle, the entire team fits on Appa's back. Appa's so big that even the one for the 5" line is pretty undersized to make it affordable.

I mean I kinda expected a 7 inch scale appa to be the same way. Maybe a collapsable harness but only fitting one member. Though I would love a massive appa that could fit everyone.

Well, you could get the 7" scale Appa for the 5" scale line. At least it would be closer to scale.
