does his body look a tiny bit too thin??
i feel like he was a tad bit chunkier/stumpier..like a kids body...

Is this for real??? Tamashii web hasn't announced its official yet. I really doubt it will be launched for October since October's figures will be Goku SSG Red and Shen Long, plus they've already announced Yamcha for November. Should be next year's preview or something...

Originally he was but he grew over the course of the series, I think this figure depicts the Kid Goku as he fought against King Piccolo:

Joe meant Shenlong with the October release, not Kid Goku.

I mean I wouldn't say nothing, them openly tweeting a picture of this figure pretty much means an announcement for release can't be all that far away

No problem, it can be a bit confusing considering if you look up Kid Goku you get like three very different appearances without any context.

Kid Goku is finally confirmed for release! He'll be out in January 2018 as a retail release for 5940¥, seems like he includes multiple faces and extra hands, his power pole, the flying nimbus and the four star Dragonball. No Korin to be seen so far.

Mickey Mouse from Kingdom Hearts is also featured, also a retail release in January, but I forgot if Toyark covers Kingdom Hearts figures.

Ha! Joe was faster than me this time around!

This is a must have for me, love the inclusion of the rock-paper-scissors hands.

A Kamehameha-effect and Korin would've been great accessories too but this guy already has some cool stuff included.
