oh, wow... that sucks. I wasn't interested in them, but a friend of mine was desperately wanting something more than the kids line of stuff for this movie.

Bandai is doing a Figuarts Jack Sparrow at least. Looks pretty good.

Really pissed about this! Was really excited for a 7 inch scale articulated Jack.... Couldn't they at least release him???

Bummer. I was planning on getting them both and hoping they make some others from the movie. Oh well, two recent disappointments in a row. First Thundercats and now this.

That sucks. Granted, I've always hoped someone would make some decently articulated 3.75"-scale Pirates figures, but I wouldn't have said no to some decently articulated 7"-scale ones either.

Major bummer.
