Not at all McFarlane’s fault, but this Sub-Zero design is so overly complicated.

Even thought the figure looks pretty damn solid I have to agree. I've yet to get one for him that I really like.

Wish they'd have some skins from the previous games. His MK9 look is still my favorite.

These have been up for pre-order on BBTS for awhile I think. Unless only the Scorpion was up not Sub. I remember pre-ordering these from BBTS in July and cancelling as I dont like the look. Those Storm MK3 figures coming out should be enough for me.

I think the point was that the official pics are new, large. Got lost in the quick post earlier, will adjust.

Mcfarlane is definitely doing articulated figures now, cant wait for the DC line. i think this is his 3rd line since his comeback that is fully articulated. Collectors are getting what they asked for...

Such an overly busy design for what is basically a straightforward concept.

I think McFarlane only has the rights to mk11. I think everything from MK1-10 is storm collectibles.

Has Storm even done anything past MK3? I don't count the fact that their ninjas use details that weren't present until the MK9 retro skin packs because those are still the classic skins and not the primaries in 9.

They are the klassic skins, but they are not mk1 or 2. There are substantial differences. As for showing anything post 3, not yet, however since they are making everything and have every license from every property known to man, it’s only a matter of time before they show a prototype.

It feels wrong to use "substantial" in this case. Overall the ninjas Storm has done are clearly recognizable as the MK2 designs, provided you use the correct mask.
