They're pretty close to what appeared in Arkham Knight (not sure why they're calling it an Arkham City version) outside of the thickness of the extension, and multiple other companies have done these designs for their statues and figures.

35$ For one???? Cmon Neca its cool and all but one? Why not release two for like, idk 45$? and not to mention the fact that how skinny the middle part is doesnt just make it look not all that great, but more prone to breaking. As a Nightwing fan I am very disappointed.
