Yeah, it really looks like it's removable, that's either an unexpected feature or one heck of a quality sculpt.

The MU version never had those wings on the helmet... I'm not sure if that is good or bad though... can't make up my mind which looks better.

Following the recent trend, Hasbro could always sneak in both helmets. I could see them advertising this look on the packaging to differentiate it better from the Brood wave version of the character.

BK sported the winged helmet look briefly in his early comic appearances. Then went wingless in the 80s I believe. I prefer the none winged look and am hoping these wings are either removable or he is coming with an alternate non-wing Helmet. If not, I'll be doing some custom surgery to remove em myself. Now we need a classic Thor with both clean shaven & bearded look , classic Photon & Hercules to have the team that battled the Masters of evil in. A BAF Erik Jolsten Goliath in 10' scale is a must as are Mr Hyde, Black Out, Fixer, Grey Gargoyle & Moonstone. And Hasbro, please , please re-do the Wrecking crew on in scale bucks.
