Mega Construx MotU Stratos?

I'm seeing this guy pop up on eBay for inflated prices, but all the Walmarts around me have already clearanced out the line. Has anyone seen this figure in person anywhere? I know some Kroger/Fred Meyers have them (though not this wave) and I've seen them at Ross recently...

Saw it as a set at Megalopolis's physical store. Not sure what they sell them for individually.
