The shelby I used is 1:24, so I suppose one could get the parts from it is they don't mind metal or recast the parts in plastic. There's a 1:18 scale Shelby out there that's IDENTICLE to KITT, only missing the red scan bar, of course.

True...but there is a model kit out there (I believe) that could provide those parts....that could make it a lil easier....

Yeah, I'm surprised. It shouldn't take that much effort to make a 2007 Mustang or Shelby look like a 2008 one, though the hood and grill would need some heavy remoulding. I see you're a mod here, too. There's a lot of mods here now, but nobody asked me.
