Men In Black Series Badge/ID

Hello,
I found this Men In Black: The Series badge. CPI & Adelaide 2000 is inscribed on the badge itself. I cannot find anything online about this. There is no toy manufacturer on this other than Columbia Pictures/Adelaide copyright. So it is authentic. Any help would be appreciated.

Its from the mib cartoon series, it was a kids meal toy at burger king or wendys i think.
