Is anybody else having trouble with Mezco? I contacted them a week ago regarding a year-old order and have yet to receive any reply. I understand that there are extraordinary delays with many toymakers, but a basic acknowledgement (e.g., "Message received; be patient; working on it; we'll let you know as soon as we can") would be preferable to silence.

Since Mezco couldn't be bothered to respond, I assume that there is a problem with their operations, and so decided to cut my losses by cancelling my outstanding order and taking a Non Refundable Deposit on the chin.

BUYER BEWARE. DO BUSINESS WITH MEZCO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Addendum: I received an immediate (automatic) response to my order cancellation with the closing statement: "Thank you for shopping with us."

MESSAGE TO MEZCO: FUCK YOU.
