Mezco one:12 Discussion

Seems like a good time to start the rants and the raves about the Mezco one:12 collective line.

I personally got into these, when the Old Man Logan was announced, and still have it pre-ordered s of today from February of this year! Well worth the wait in my opinion, but I also see why some criticize the timing of figure release with these.

Recently acquired Commander Rogers, and he is better than I thought he would be.

Who else?

For this toy line I'm only interested on anything Deadpool and Iron Man (the exception would be Popeye). One:12's X-Force Deadpool should come out soon and Iron Man sometime next year.

Why only the Deadpool Raf? I have the Red (have not opened it yet), but it looks Superb!

Thanks...yeah because they don't go as well as I originally thought they would with Figuarts and that's my main focus right now. I love this toy line though!

I hear ya...I do not mind waiting on these, although I wish they would focus on classic comic looks over MCU choices (cough Ragnorok Thor and Hulk), I want to see Classic Hawkeye/Black Widow/Winter Soldier in the near future, those would be my three main wants currently.

Im going almost all in on all their figures. It helps that I get them for 65 shipped because I have a $15 dollar off code! Im trying to get one version of everyone. I love these figures and at 65 each,, im all in! Ive cut back a lot of the lines im collecting. Im only collecting Mezco One:12, Storm Collectibles Mortal Kombat, Marvel Legends, Zeta toys Transformers combiners, and some Hot Toys.

My Favorite by far is Armored Batman! I love his helmet light up feature! Which is your favorite so far? Im really excited for Red Son Superman! And no, I do not buy from Mezco. Only buy exclusives with them. Figures are 92.84 (75 for fig, 12 shipping)with shipping from them directly. A little much for my taste. 65 is way better and it makes collecting them that much more fun for me. Its free shipping for anything over 79.99, and then the code is good for 15 off any purchase of 80 or more, so its kinda double dipping? haha. I don't know but I love it! I save so much. Its like every 4 figures, I get one free or atleast that's how I think of it in my mind, lol.

I just started bugging Mezco on their Instagram for an Inspector Gadget figure! I think an Mezco One:12 Inspaector Gadget would be amazing!

Edit: They just responded to me and said it was "extremely unlikely". Oh well.

I really like this line. While I've never been a fan of fabric costumes, I think Mezco does a really good job with these and you usually get a lot for your money.
I currently have:

1. Yellow/Blue Wolverine on Waitlist
2. X-Force Wolverine (I'll cancel it if I get the Yellow/Blue version)
3. X-Force Deadpool
4. Ascending Knight Batman
5. Homecoming Spiderman

Batman is one of my favorite characters so I obviously have a few and plan to get more. I'm probably also going to get the regular comic book Spiderman at some point but I don't have it preordered at the moment.

I've started ordering One:12 figures through Dorkside since you can get free shipping. Plus they're located fairly close to me so I like supporting a neighbor. But I have seen some One:12 figures on Amazon for less than their original asking price.

I've bought pretty heavily into the line so far, and I have Green Arrow, Flash, Reverse Flash, Classic Captain America, Miles Morales Spider-Man, Daredevil, Classic Punisher, and Deadpool currently, with Deathstroke, Spider-Man, Red Skull, Black Adam, Doctor Strange, Symbiote Spider-Man, Ascending Knight Batman, Old Man Logan, and Homecoming Spider-Man on pre-order, and Superman in my Pile of Loot at BBTS. After a certain point, I've been pre-ordering all my Mezco figures on Entertainment Earth, as with their free shipping for orders $79 or over, and with the code RSDEAL22, you can usually get them for $70 shipped.

haha. They could hit all at once, it wouldn't hurt. But with their habit of delaying release up to a year, defentily not worried about it. I would actually be super happy if that happened! 19 Figs coming through at once would be kinda epic!

The only place that I know that still has Black Adam up for preorder is bigbadtoystore. Hes 75 plus 4 shipping.

One of the people I follow on Instagram posted picstures of Red Son Superman and Black Adam! I hope its a truthful post because that means they are coming very soon! I am so excited for Red Son Superman! If you havnt read it, you can go to youtube and search for "Red Son Superman Motion Comic". Its great! Do any of you guys have Instagram? You should join! you don't have to most anything and there are quite a few toy shops on their as well! You would be able to find what you are looking for on there possibly. There are a few other ways. Ill Dm you and we can chat.

I really like this line, my only main problem with them is they are perfect fodder for scalpers at times. Really disappointed how fast the NYCC Wolverine sold out and the price flip on it is quite bonkers. Their release dates are kinda flimsy too but I don't really mind it. But the figures are absolutely amazing, I think the only one I had a problem with was the SDCC Deadpool. His belt/harness is a bit crooked and it seems to be something that most if not all the figures had a problem with but it's a fairly minor gripe. As of right now I have:
BvS Batman
Green Arrow
PX Punisher
SDCC Deadpool
Regular Deadpool

Have quite a few others on preorder as well. Really hoping to see Deathstroke in my hands before the end of the year.

I'd say out of the ones I have in my possession, Batman is definitely my favorite. Can't wait to see how the Tactical Suit version is gonna look. Also really glad to hear they're doing a Netflix Punisher, I kinda figured they might take that path though when I saw their Netflix Daredevil.

anyone have a Shadowland Daredevil they want to sell? The last one im looking for to add to my collection. Then ill be up to day with releases.

So many good figures coming out - The Deathstroke and Iron Man look Exceptional! I dont know if the budget can include MCU/DCU stylings, but the comic stuff is where it is at!
