Looks like the Shadow Assassin Gomez is real and comes in a white version as well. No word yet if they will actually sell these on their site

The Black one is Awesome, I would have to see a clearer shot of the white though, I hope they sell these, those accessories are insane!

The event these are at is ACGHK and these specifically are Asia Goal exclusives. It sounds like they will start selling the black one tomorrow. I believe it's still 96 pieces a day over the next 3 days. The white one will possibly go up on the Asia Goal website as a seperate site exclusive. Maybe both will. Not a lot of solid info about it right now

I hope these eventually make it to Mezco's site.

Also it looks like the Comic Book version of Agent Edition Gomez comes with a scarf, hoverboard and backpack similar to Street Edition Gomez. Also there's a Samurai Gomez in the comic book





They also posted a video to YouTube that they originally had posted earlier to their Instagram story of a teaser for something called "Gomez in Attack of Drakezilla"

I just wanna borrow someone’s Gomez and place it in front of my monitor lizard’s cage. His favorite treats are grasshoppers and cockroaches... would love to see his reaction to a giant sized bug.

Got my Gomez today and he's a great figure overall with awesome articulation. Unfortunately mine came without the Zip Sword packaged or the Hoverboard so that's a pretty big bummer. Planning to call them on Monday and hopefully rectify the situation.

Went today to my LCS and finally saw in person (but not in my hand) in a display case a Mezco 1:12 figure. they were the Blade and Black panther fig and they looked awesome. Im still waiting for my Gomez so i dont have a 1:12 fig yet. i have a new outlook on mexco 1:12 cause ive notice alot of times you see a fig for the first time in pics on the internet and we judge it right away but when you have it in hand its a diff story. and this goes for not only mezco 1:12 but any figure. That being said, this same thing happened to me with the Night Wing/Essentials fig. Looks way better in hand.

It can really go both ways. When I first saw pics of the BVS figures I was not interested and found myself settling for the Mafex one which I thought looked great in all the photos I saw and boy... that first Mafex BVS Batman was a huge disappointment in hand. I ended up being lucky enough to catch the Mezco one before the prices got pretty crazy on him and it was like night and day between the two when you're holding them in hand. Glad to have another person join the community, it's hard to own just one of these :P

Definitely! I plan to own any and every variation they do of Gomez. Probably not Shadow Assassin though, unless they do a site release on it.

I wanted Space Ghost but I waited too long when he was retail and now I've yet to find the regular release for a price I'm willing to pay. Might just eventually settle for the GITD one... unless the price on that one ends up jumping too.

They should rectify, as I have had this happen to 2x of my direct figures, and they took care of both lickety split.

So true, in hand (in most cases) they look so much better, Blade will be in the running for one of the best figures of the year IMO.

Damn, this Gomez fig is top notch. Definitely impressed with One:12 now. The waitlist does work LOL He comes with tons of accessories. the comic book is well made. Gonna be fun times doing Action Figure Photography with this damn roach.

Looks like the white Shadow Assassin Gomez will be sold August 10th-11th as part of an opening for a new Hobby Mart in Hong Kong. 56 pieces per day over the 2 days, limit 1 per person. Not likely this will ever make it to a mass release unless people really protest to Mezco directly for it.

There's been a few of the ones from ACGHK going for $300-$400 on eBay already.

I heard there was a notice. I didn't buy one so I can't confirm it myself

I believe the SDCC Moonknight was charged and is currently processing. Mine had credit card issues, but it always takes a while between payment and shipping with Mezco.
