Apparently the Mezco owner was interviewed some months ago and admitted that they were having trouble with the durability of the body as well as getting the skeleton to line up properly in the mold.

Does anyone know if there is a preorder date for The Batman yet? If it works out, this will be my first One:12 figure. I sure hope it will be worth it. I am definitely not impressed with any of the other toys for The Batman at this point.

Sucks about the Keaton Batman, but I’m glad they are working on it rather than just release some garbage. They were getting way to fancy with it. Just do the armor overa regular body. None of this Gumby crap.

The 5 points silent hill stuff looks wizard!

It's not up for PO yet, just a promo pic. I've got several of their Batman figures and they're impressive, so I'd still recommend them.

Funnily enough, that initial "armor pieces over spandex undersuit" version they showed off before switching to the seamless body is actually closer to the construction/design of the actual suit used in the 89 movie.

I have no idea who any of the RS characters are but there needs to be a series of this. I think a format to the old movie serials of the 30s and 40s would fit the pulp fiction/horror aesthetic.

I knew it!
A high quality and flexible rubber suit for a 1:12 scale figure would be breaking ground. It just doesn't exist. They put up that Keaton Batman pre-order like it wasn't no thang. They had either discovered something big, were about to, or going to crash and burn.
This is why I'm glad they are taking so long. I figured they would go a year, say screw it, let's release it because it will last enough time to where we don't have to give the customers money back.
Maybe they are really coming up with something big. If they find the solution, this could mean a lot more than just a cool Batman suit.

KEEP WORKING HARD MEZCO!!!! You can do eeeet!

I'm sure they will. Since I am still mad at mafex for their TDKR Batman figure fiasco, I'll wait.

What do you guys think about the Beast Kingdom DAH-056 Batman?

Mine too. Can't believe it took this long to finally reveal and offer it. I think it was first shown like 2-3 yrs ago at Toy Fair or SDCC. Surprised that it's coming with the van and a haunted house backdrop too. Bet that will make this real expensive.

Wow about time on those 5points Scooby Doo figures. That really truly is an amazing set. I can't believe they also made a Mystery Machine. The next great step would be getting the gang as One:12 figures.

While that Spider-Man is cool, all I want to know about is that Green Goblin. Also a dream figure of mine.

Hopefully Mafex sees this mezco robin, and decides to announce a robin for their Hush wave.

Why are people getting too excited over 5 point Scooby Doo figures? This is honestly puzzling. I never liked Scooby Doo growing up, in fact, I’ve always hated the show growing up because of bad animation and lazy plot.

Literally, Mezco is showing badass figures, like Ditko Spider-Man, Storm Shadow, The Batman, and people here are rather fanboying over these lame 5-point Scooby Doo figures.
