Celtic looks great. How good is the quality of the net?

The black dome, non-severed tail, blue-ish color scheme and RoboCop look of the dome from the front kept me from getting Grid on its original release. Two out of four issues I had with the figure have been fixed, but I think I'll stick with my own custom Grid which also includes "sculpted" scars on his shoulders.

Honestly, the dome was hard to notice in hand. It's pretty opaque for a translucent dome. I added that into the changes too. Thank you for pointing it out.

Very nice. Had already pre-ordered the set a while ago but I'm pretty pleased to see it's worth the money.

I like battle-damage on both figures. I would've like more accessories for Celtic though this is more screen accurate. Can't wait to get the 2-pack!

The only accessory that I sorely missed was the shoulder cannon. The other AvP guys come with so many gauntlet blades, that I can swap those in without anyone missing pieces.

True. Maybe we will get extra casters in a future Predator accessory pack?...

Didn't think it was worth it. Changes are more readily apparent there. Missing tail. Dome is slightly see thru, but it barely come through.

If they do a second Predator accessory pack, I'd really like that net included in there. It would go great with the Ultimate City Hunter and his net launcher.

No stand needed or used. Simply balanced Grid on his tail and one of his back appendages. Then posed Celtic grabbing his legs.

I am kind of surprised that they don't have a net accessory with one of them or any of those in the past. I guess that is one way to get people to buy it

Just got this 2-pack and I got to say I'm very pleased! I already owned the regular Celtic, but I'm a sucker for battle-damaged figures so this set was a must-buy for me.

GRID: I was concerned of this one because my AvP Alien Warrior has such loose hips that would make a prostitute blush. Fortunately, my Grid poses like a supermodel (and is far less skinny

). I especially like the cut tail tip. Details and sculpt, as always with NECA, is top-notch.

CELTIC: I really like the weight of the new Predator body NECA introduced a few series ago. I get the impression I get my money's worth and more each time. Plus, the added articulation is much more solid now then it was before. I just can't have enough, battle-damaged - like this one - or not.

This said, LOVE the 2-pack idea and this set in particular! My personal grail would be a AvP comics pack of Broken Tusk and Machiko. If NECA ever does this one, I think I'll just wet myself...

Just got this set at TRU today & though it was on the pegs, when they went to ring it up, the lady said it wasn't supposed to be sold till the 9th, I said, "well it was on the pegs with like 5 more so not my fault it got put out 2 days early". The manager was called & she OKed it. So I gotta say this set is awesome & now I gotta hunt down the regular Celtic Pred as well. I just got into the line so this is my very 1st Alien. Will be getting more on a monthly basis to build up a nice 5-6 Alien army, I especially am looking forward to getting Gorilla Alien, that boy looks powerful. Not a big fan of Mantis Alien as I wonder what kinda Mantis was the face hugger able to wrap around? A planet of giants insects?

I must grab one of these the first chance I get. I was hoping for the large body to be the regular but series 16 is on the smaller side like the older series. It looks like series 17 will be on the bigger side like celtic, chopper, and scar. I was really hoping all the future models would be like Celtic though because of the solid articulation.

The articulation on all new regular sized predators will be upgraded to match the AVP bodies, including series 16.
