Misc Action Figure Accessories

Any help with these would be appreciated.

01 Is Kenner but don't know which figure/Line it belongs to. I have attached a pic I've found of it in different colours from other Kenner lines, so I know what it isn't. This one has puzzled me for years.

13 is marked "CHINA".
