So this is what happened to the figure that had images leaked awhile back. I seem to remember that he was originally going to be a build-a-figure and was supposed to come in 2 different Avengers Movie packs. I think it ended up getting cancelled because of legal reasons..... guess they got that resolved.

deecee4 - I think the chess board is because he was playing chess in his cameo appearance in the first Avengers movie.
