I like the flocked Panthor exclusive but, think I'm going to go with the painted version. The flocked version is toyetic and that's great! But I want the fine art aesthetic of the piece to shine through. The painted version does that better in my opinion.

Nope. I don’t get the shipping notices from Mondo until AFTER I get the product, usually. I know because I have my address registered with UPS and FedEx to alert me anytime someone wants to ship me something. Usually it’ll say the business or a logistics company. Mondo has always just said “Amplifier” for the business name. The battlecat box weighs 13lbs. More than my REAL cat of comparable size.

It's the same for me. I never get the shipping notices. I'll check UPS. Checked FedEx already nothing new there.

Please post some box pics! That'll be cool to see.

Ups just dropped it off. It’s… seriously hard to explain the emotions. It’s huge. It’s solid. It’s flippin’ massive. I have large action figures. I have Haslab Unicron, beasts of the Mesozoic trex, etc… but this is a flipping block of hard plastic. Meticulously painted. Gorgeous detailing. Just… wow. Gonna post some pics on my Instagram.

Edit… he’s heavier than my 5lb papillon…and the armor would fit her!

Awesome awesome AWESOME! How are the joints? Tough ratchets? Specifically the ones in the head.

Very tight for the ratchets, but I can’t seem to get the armored head to stay on. Cat head and Mondo head are fine, but the armored head pops off whenever I attempt to pose it. Not a deal breaker, I just position the neck post then pop the head on, but it’s taking away some of the immersion. Still… it’s huge! My puppy keeps barking at the new cat! Lol

Tail pops off super easily too. Pops on instantly, but they could have engineered that a little better. Not a biggie, since it’s not a plaything.

We have 2 cats. Battle Cat is a very similar size to one of them. I'm looking forward to that.

He can hold his head up, but it looks awkward. I’m still playing around with his articulation to see how I want his “forever pose” but I’m being careful because I adjusted his legs and there were little slivers of green that came off. Not sure if it’s paint or shaved bits of plastic. I don’t want him to become a floppy mess because I messed around too much.

Don’t want that to come off as a mark against the figure. He’s solid plastic. You look at the back of the heads and there is no honeycombing to lighten it. It’s just 1/2 inch thick plastic. So there are bound to be some “settling in” from the factory. I’m STILL in shock and awe about it. Easily my favorite 1/6 scale of all time.

All that makes sense. It's a lot to absorb. I basically had DLX He-Man in a static pose for a week doing turn arounds before I ever really messed with it.

Beastman's "throwback head" pisses me off. Because it's really good. It's actually USABLE with the figure. As opposed to the throw away straight vintage creations they produced for He-Man and Skeletor.
