but #10 looks like it's from a 12 inch Cobra Commander

No.1 Looks to be a Power Rangers Goldar sword. I just can't identify which version.

Thank you very much for your help. Actually, it's not Goldar's sword. But it is true that it is the Power Rangers series. It belongs to Putty Patrol from the Power Rangers Evil Space Aliens series. Thanks to you, I was able to find that it belongs to the Power Rangers series. Thank you very much again.
