Is anyone able to identify this figure?

I am assuming that it is some type of monster figure by McFarlane Toys, but am uncertain who this figure is suppose to be a character of.

If anyone is able to identify this action figure then it would be greatly appreciated.

Could be this one (https://www.listia.com/auction/95708...-figure-toy-of) that lists as Igor/Hunchback but I can't find anything under those searches. Any markings on it?
