Is anyone able to identify the green skinned figure? If so, then it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Any markings? Always best to list them if it has. If none then pays to say that too.

It might be some version of Marvel's The Lizard.
The only photo I found was a group shot and linked to a site that triggered my anti-virus protection. So not going there.

It is the Lizard from Spider-Man MTV Animated Series by ToyBiz, released 2003.
