You know what is strange about that single carded Noob, his limbs are cast in smokey, translucent plastic. I saw these at TRU the other day and was comparing them to my 6 pack versions. Nice try Jazwares, not enough to make me buy it twice lol, I still want the Scorpion though to finish the ninjas off.

I saw the 4" raiden, baraka and reptile at tru today. I'd have to say that I passed on all 3 of them. The quality on all of them were pretty bad. Reptile did not look appealing at all, raiden looked whack and baraka's face looked terrible. So far I only have the cyber ninjas and the current sub zero and scorpion. I'm happy with these ones.

Blackmagnus: I did see a klassic scorpion at my tru. PM me if you want me to pick it up for you.

The 6" singles went up to $18 each this week at my local TRU. I guess they wanted to make sure they won't have to restock at least one peg in the collectors aisle this Winter.

Why is it MK9 Scorpion and Sub-Zero look good but Baraka looks terrible? Haven't seen Reptile and Raiden up close yet so I don't know where they fall in.

Yeah the QC on these are pretty bad. I was interested in getting at least Reptile to collect all the new ninjas but all the ones I saw here bad on the face paint. So far I think the best ones are the cyber ninjas, MK9 Scorpion and Sub Zero. I have never seen the 6 ninja pack at retail.

I finally made my way up to Toys R Us and grabbed a few things. All they had was the cyber ninja pack (picked one up), the six inch x-ray pack (pass), six inch ninja four pack (pass but they look better in person except the eyes and hands), and three 3 3/4 inchers: Reptile (picked one up), Raiden, and Baraka (pass). I would have gotten Raiden but all the ones they had were kind of funky looking. All in all Reptile is pretty decent but the cyber ninjas kick so much ass. I think Sektor might be my favorite MK figure overall. Him and MK9 Scorpion.

Agree with everything said here. There is something that is off about raiden that I couldn't put my finger on it too. Maybe it was how he was packaged.

The ones I saw had some serious paint smears making him look weird. Other than that I didn't really have a problem with him. His hat might be a little high though. When I can score a good one might try cutting a bit off the top of his head.

Has anyone seen/read anything about a 3 3/4 Johnny Cage? Next to Scorpion he's my favorite MK character and I'd really like to get a figure of him in the smaller scale.

I received my POL with the 4" figures in yesterday, I bought (Klassic) Smoke and Noob on eBay a while back as BBTS never got the ninja 6-pack in.

I was really happy with Smoke and Noob, they're not great, but much better than Mattel's efforts in the same scale. Sadly the other (single) ninjas weren't nearly as good, the paint quality was much worse, so I'm going to have to spend a bit of time tidying it up myself.

The lack of accessories is a bit rubbish, I've got the modern versions as well which I'd planned to sell, but might keep just to give them to their Klassic versions. I've got Baraka and Raiden as well, Raiden's fine but as discussed above Baraka is a joke. I wonder whether there are any good donor heads out there?

Overall, I'm glad I've got the figures - I sold my old 6" figures to get these. Having a complete set of 4" figures from MKI and MKII would be pretty sweet, I hope they carry on with all the other characters.

Bout time Red Skull got punched in the nuts. He looks awesome and I almost bought him yesterday but I picked up Sub-Zero instead. FYE had Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage, and Scorpion for 12.99 each. Love the Sub-Zero too. I thought the smaller ones were good but the bigger ones seem a lot better. From what I can tell unless you get really close to look for them no messy paint apps and he's not super loose. Definitely worth it imo.
