Most I spent on a toy was 60 bucks with taxes on Sentinel Prime. What an epic transformer...

Yeh he's a hot toys figure, on average Hot toys figures go from $150-800 on ebay, some of those ape explorers, mark 1 iron man, and the rare concept versions, some bruce lee stuff and other limited stuff goes for and I think always will go for decent money. My most expensive toy I've purchased at once it's not really 1 figure but I bought a guy's ML collection off him for like $250 and it was a good chunk of change in my hands and really debated on doing it, but I ended up getting a complete baf sentinel, apocalypse and mojo, also juggernaut, colossus, gambit, rogue, magneto, jim lee cyclops and a bunch of others, but was well worth it. Other the that bought a hulk and banner statue for $50 and will sell it for that or possibly less if anybody wants it thing is 2 big, especially in the box. other then that would probably be the ashley wood marine bramble I got from sideshow, damn shipping cost me like $80. |

I paid about £32 ($50) for for a complete BAF Walmart Exclusive Ares. About £35 for A Guyver figure by a japanese company. Cant remember who. But I think the most expensive one I have has to be one my girlfriend bought me. The SDCC Exclusive Battle Damaged Arkham Asylum Batman. I had to get it off evilBay and that cost about £40 ($62) So not too bad compared to the price of some toys.

I think mine was MP 04 Masterpiece Optimus Prime. I forget what they retailed for. 200+ I think. Heck any Masterpiece Transformer is expensive. What's crazy is the new third party not-devastators coming out. They're going for 400-600 for the set. Bummer.

Lets see. I paied over 100 for a LJN WWF send away SGT Slaughter years ago to complete my collection. Ultamate Warrier was not to far behind him. I have the Masterpiece Sleep Mode Optimus and Ghost Starscream which were 200 and 130 I think. Just picked up a DC CNC Solomun Grundy for $80 most CNC/BNB figs run 40-80. I try not to but I have spent over 100 on comic art. I'm glad I'm not into that aftermarket Transformers merch it's cool but expensive. It's so easy to spend $50 now-a-days on one fig.

The original Predaking gestalt metal version. It cost me around $400 at the time and no, I had no idea they were going to do a reissue. I made up for this by getting a TMNT technodrome MIB, sticker sheets still unapplied for $120 which I later saw sell for over $700. And to NBX Maverick, what you spend on dolls, I've spent on Transformers, lots and lots of Transformers. LOL. Too many, really. |

I really want that Solomon Grundy too, I'd part with a bunch of my current collection to get it.

Thankfully I got Grundy cheaply in a lot I bought a while back. I see him go for way too much now.
