Does he spin with you squeeze his legs? If not, no thanks.

Yay, another month that I will be aiming for the re-release and/or "bonus" figures only. (This is not a complaint).

I remember having the original as a kid and how much fun he was. Personally, I thought his spinning gimmick was much better than the spring-punch of He-Man and the others.
Looks like a great update, except.... Based on the pics, I doubt it.

I think the original had a "spinner" button on the back just below the waist that you had to turn manually. Originally I thought that it was hidden by the clip on solar ring, but it looks like I'm wrong. Toyguru posted this at the MattyCollector forums.

-Oh and no he will not have a spinning action feature, but you can turn him at his waist like any other figure manually.

His spinning gimmick was one of the main reason I loved him as a kid. His shoulders had loose joints, and when he'd spin, he's arms would extend out at his side, knocking out Skeletor and his crew.
Good times. A shame it's not on this figure. |

Mine seems to be one of the few that stayed on over the years!

You know, sometimes gimmicks are cool...and his was very cool. I hope they keep that with this figure, but I doubt it. Just like they didn't include the spinning gimmick on Battle Armor He-Man. That said....I still want him!
