This is a find at a bootsale today, can anyone shed some light on what year it is and what it might worth?

Its a Angel Commander, i assume from 1970ish not to sure.

thankyou for the help, mine is made in taiwan with a plastic shell, so im thinking its an earlier ,odel maybe? Not sure
