In the Venom statue, is Venom being hit by Sonics or something? the ripple effect is cool, but what is the source? Also, Kinda was hoping for the more modern Venom look (white spider connecting over the shoulders and around the hips). There are plenty "classic" Venom statues out there.

I was totally thinking the same thing. I think that there are going to be more than two pieces to this to make a diorama. Spidey's webs look like they connect to Venom's forearm and i am sure that future pieces will be of other Spidey villians all in the same battle scene. It is becoming Koto's MARVEL FineArt Statue signature.
