So I went to Walmart this morning and saw the MU figs at $8.97. Really?!? They had the wave with Captain Britain but I put them back. They have got to be kidding with that price. Even the Star Wars Heritage figs were 7.97 and those are 9.99 at TRU.

Man what little MU we get over is 9.99 euro which works out nearly 12 dollars so you're getting off lightly

I bought Captain Britain and Mystique this morning and they were both $7.88. I have seen MU for over $8 at Wal-Marts, but not recently.

Spare a thought for us poor convicts across the pond. Here in OZ we pay around $15 US ($18 Aussie dollars) per figure if we can find them at Target/K-mart/TRU.

They have just as many supply issues over here as the US by the looks of it. I have only just started seeing the Osborn figures turn up (Bucky, Thor, Cage). If we want more recent waves we have to import from the US and quite often the freight charges are just as much as the cost of the figures. I usually buy from the big websites BBTS, Toywiz and purchase around 10 figures at a time. I get lashed with $70 shipping each time ![]() Am I going to stop buying MU figures though? Nope. (I just wish that I had managed to pick up that Osborn IP variant when it was on sale for $200 at BBTS)

I was just at Walmart yesterday, and they were $7.88 each. And that included the newer waves.

I was at a Wal-Mart Supercenter today, and MU was $8.97. I wouldn't have been so shocked, but they're still $7.88 across town. I can see different parts of the country having different prices, but different prices at stores in the same series? Why is Multiple Man worth more on the north side of town than the south?

Yeah, I'm not complaining too much about price at this point. I'm just glad to actually be finding new ones in stores again.

I just got back from Walmart. They had a bunch of new figs. The most common ones were Multiple Man and Team-X Wolverine. There were like 15 of each. I found 3-4 of the other figures in the wave (Mystique, Captain Britain, and Ghost Rider), which were the ones I ended up getting. $7.88 each. I also used the Hasbro $1 off coupon on each, so it totaled to about $21.

Ah, prices may be going up. Went to a different Walmart yesterday during lunch and they were $8.97 each.

What really sucked is that I saw Ghost Rider and Mystique and had to pass. Can't afford them right now.

Previously figures have been marked down to $6.92 in Canadian Walmarts. This is most likely to just clear out old stock to make way for wave 10 so they can raise prices again. However ActionFigureNews.ca - Canadian Action Figure News and Discussion has reported that wave 10 has had a few sightings in Canada. I haven't spotted them in my area yet though. Most of the pegs are empty except for the odd shelf warmer.

They've shown up here in Northern Cali finally. I agree about the price being crap but I picked up Cap Britain and Mystique for fear that I may not see them in the future.

I've basically given up on my local Wal-Marts. Their pricing structure is just a few pennies under Toys R Us, while Target is significantly lower. TFs are $9.99 at my Targets, $11.88 at Wal-marts and $11.99 at TRU. MUs are $6.99 at target, $7.88 at WM and $7.99 at TRU. Hell, my Wally world's prices on everything else has gone up as well. Makes it so it's a better deal to shop at Target since the stores are nicer, the people are better and now the prices are lower. Meh. Go figure.
