I had to rave because I'm so pleased. I picked up the Daredevil/Bullseye comic pack the other day because I didn't like the earlier Daredevil mold.

These figures were awesome! The new molds are great, the articulation is off the charts and the paint was neat with no slops.

If this is a sign of things to come then I'm afraid I am going to run out of room or money before I'm able to give up on Marvel Universe.

Agreed. I think in addition to just how awesome the figures are, it works really well because it's a popular character with his #1 arch rival instead of one popular guy and one guy a lot of people never heard of.

I felt the same. Amazing Paint app, the bulleye on bulleye is done so well. Just wished they'd come with more accessories.

I with you guys. I picked up the set yesterday and was completely blown away on how great they are. I hope they start using that mold and retire the old one.

Agreed. The dd/be set is phenomenal. The Sinister/Gambit and Thanos/Warlock are phenomenal too.

Oh ya these last 4 look great, although I skipped on the DD/BE pack. But no offense to anyone the next 2 CP's look kind of crappy...W/H and IC/Mandarin. The style I should say...Although C/J look good.

AGREED I LOVE THIS TWO PACK. I picked this up for my son and one for myself. I am tired of every other original figure coming with an iron man spider-man and wolverine. I think that it is messed up what hasbro is doing with those two packs. they are just charging you more for one original figure you need with one you don't. Looking foward to that Mr sinister Gambit Pack which will probably be sold out like that deadpool taskmaster or quicksilver wonderman. those are the good ones with no duplicates.

I keep looking for Sinister and Gambit, but no luck so far. Do they use the same feet as the Bullseye/Daredevil?

Has anyone picked up the Luke Cage/Iron Fist set? It's warming the shelves at my local targets and I haven't been jumping at them either but If they are especially good then I might pick them up.

I've a horrible feeling the Gambit from that pack is a do-over of the wolverine origins figure, the number one cause of tumbling shelf toys in my house! It's genuinely awful! The Sinister is a do-over of Colussus so i'd imagine it's literally the old body with a new head!

Well...how else would you make Sinister? That's exactly how he looked at first!
Marc Silversti once called him "Colussus in drag" and was really not happy with his look...and he's the guy that first drew him!

yeah- Sinister was intended to have used genetic samples from various mutants on himself to make himself the ultimate mutant- they kinda wrote him WAAAY too powerful though- he easily laughs off both X-Factor and the X-Men.
He was going to be the "new Magneto"...but as Claremont often did...he just abandoned the character, Sinister did not (I think) return during all of Claremont's run.
He was behind all of Scott and Alex Summers' childhood traumas, and the Marauders, jacking Sabertooth's powers, possesing Lorna Dane, Cloning Jean Grey and New Coke.

Later writers wrote Sinister much less powerful- more as mad scientist than master manipulator.

Just be happy the MU figure did not keep the little Peter Pan booties!

Did they do that too? DC is more famous for straight kockoffs- Bat girl/Woman/mite/dog or Super girl/horse/cat/monkey/woman etc.

Yes, there really was a Legion of Super Pets with a Bat Hound, Super monkey, Super horse and Super cat and super dog.

Marvel just swaps genders (usually) when making knockoffs- most future bozos are swapped- Spider-Girl, American Deam, female loki and Thor characters, etc.
No idea why the next generation of Marvel heroes is like that though.
Crappy Ron Frenz/Tom DeFalco stuff mainly

That's so ridiculously bad that I'm actually curious about it.
