well after consulting with a friend of mine i decided to ditch the sculpted star and go look for a good sized star from a model kit decal sheet. i figure it'll end up smoother and more symmetrical to look at.
anyway updates- Filled in and sanded the thigh armor: ![]() started painting the head and FOREHEAD OF DOOM: ![]()

it makes filling in little gaps and holes when you mod a whole lot easier,
and it hasn't failed me yet when i work on my Transformers customs
