Got my sawg jst now from UPS!

BBTS must screen it's figs for crappy paint apps or something because all of mine are perfect- even the two pack Wolverine. First impressions- Apoclypse is the biggest 3.75 offering to date- bigger even than the Comic Iron Monger or WW Hulk. Looks freakin incredible..even if this design is not from the Comics- at least not yet- maybe MU got something designwise thats upcoming? Still...10/10 stars. A huge cunk of evil in plastic form. Gladiator- the figure I've wanted the most is just...insane in the face sculpt and paint app. The face alone is worth buying this for! Downside- no rocker ankles. Still, since I'm making him a flyer on display I give him 9.5/10 He's just that true to the comic books- only losing half a star for the ankles. Silver Samurai...impossible to describe the awesome this figure is! Perfection in every way- crazy articulate, rocker ankles, amazing unique sculpt and a new Katana. I only wish the atana were black (to match the story in the comic encosed) but that's easily fixed if you want. Logan/Patch...he's okay. Looks like he should from the comics but that's not saying much- never liked this outfit. Nice head sculpt in that it matches the comic's art closely and mine had a great paint app- subtle blue highlights on the black outfit. No rocker ankles hurt this for posability. Great to see him made short- he's supposed to be a runt! Next to SS, he's a shrimp! Nice hands and claws. Overall, I give Logan 7/10- nothing bad or special about him overall. His head, on a Madrox body (with repainting) will make a fine Sh'Iar soldier to stand my Gladiator. Deadpool - Having never had the XMO version, I really like this figure- despite it's red plastic being a bit...too bright, Almost day-glo. Gotta tone that down laster with a wash. Deadpool is looking sweet with swords and guns and such and the headsculpt looks to be all new- with one eye kinda squnity. Very true to the comics. No rocker ankles lmit his wow factor some so I say 8/10. Taskmaster- He's pretty cool- very faithful to the comics in look and the TON of weapons he has- handgun, sword, bow & arrows and shield. No rocker ankles is inda disapointing and the cloak does not want to play nice- I'll drop a spot of super glue from cloak broach to hawkeye bandolier to fix that! No straps on the shield kinda sucks- I can make some but still...and his hands cant hold that sword for jack! Also, he's got a crazy long neck that the cloak mostly hides. Overall: 8/10 A nicel visual representation, lots od accessories but not the best in terms of posability. Overall Last edited by Jason Abbadon; 04-27-2011 at 04:08 PM.. |

However, with that being said, what store had them in stock? Just curious who is actually ordering and stocking them. Agreed. People like that really tick me off. I will get 2 of the same fig but never more, and the 2nd one is always for a buddy.

Yeah, my buddy went down to pick up the wave and it seems they just put a 1 figure per person rule in to effect. So only one of each character. Which I'm totally cool with.

Do these have their own DCPI at Target, or do all MU waves have the same number? If they're different, does anybody have the one for this wave?

And now rolling out that Giant Sized X-Men? Prob 1 per store. There will be more confirmed sightings of Bigfoot than that sucker.

I hit up target daily here in St Louis. So the day I find something retail wise (concerning wave 13 and comic packs), I'll post.

I didn't know there was another forum member from St. Louis. What Target do you usually check out? We can probably compare and save each other some money/time.

On another note, anyone like the newest Giant Battle sets exclusive to Wal-Mart once again??? |
