He has a b/s/t on here and i've made a few trades with him but have never bought anything from him. Very quick shipping and easy to deal with from my couple of transactions from him.
Here's his feedback thread:

Yeah. I heard good things about them BUT

I oredered 2 DCUC figures MOC on the 4th. And It's been 25 days. And nothing yet.
I've sent 3 emails. The 1st one said that they would investigate asap. But after that they haven't emailed me back. The status of the order is still "processing" They charged me on my Pay pal on the 4th. On the 4th of October, If nothing happens I'll just ask them to cancel it...

i ordered a box load of stuff and it came well packaged and in good time. there was a mixup with one item and i sent an email and he responded within hours and said he would rectify it without cost to me. so far, all i have is a positive experience all around. prices are remarkably cheaper than all the other sites i've bought from before. no complaints.

No idea, did you ask for a tracking number? He even had one for me and I'm in Canada. There's one order that I haven't received yet and it's been about 3 weeks but I figured, shipped from the US, so I'll give it some time. It's the first time I bought from them where an order was delayed. Only scary thing is that I received 2 of the 3 packages that he shipped out on the same day just a week and a half after they shipped, so the 3rd one is still missing... There's little doubt he shipped it, I'm more concerned the post lost it.

Its nice to here others have had good experiences with WBCollect, I wish mine as the same

I first ordered form them last spring, the item didnt show up - fair enough it happens. I was promptly refunded, they were very professional and kind about it. I made 2 more smaller orders that showed up quickly, a really good start but that was the end of any positive experience with them. I place an order for some Gijoes for about $55 in July. I waited and waited, nothing came. I emailed them, they said the order hadnt processed properly and got missed but they would send it out right away. No problem, stuff gets lost in the system, right? I placed another small order with them shortly afterwards, and another, and another all the while communicating with them regarding this matter of the first missing order. They were very polite and reassuring in their communications and they had handled our first transaction so well too, I figured it would work out.

Its November now, I have nothing from them but a lot of nice emails claiming items have been sent and promises, but no results. I'm out about $100 and its been over 3 months since ordering my first order that hasnt showed. They have now stopped communicating with me, I've sent 3 emails since October 22 with no response.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to facilitate a refund - I should have done this through Paypal but didnt because WB seemed very honest and very ready to work things out. Now I have no way of pursuing this through Paypal which is really my own fault for being trusting regarding them.

The most worrying is that they have stopped communicating with me and have not refunded me.

They seem like nice people over email, I like their prices, but after this experience I will never order from them again. Regardless of wether or not I feel they are being dishonest in this situation by not providing me with either a refund or product. Any company that can consecutively mess up 5 orders just isnt worth buying from.

Mistakes happen as a seller on ebay I make them too just like everyone else, but this situation is ridiculous.

Two big thumbs down for WBCollect from me

I recently ordered a few figures and split the order to save on shipping. There was a little payment issue but they sorted that quickly and the parcel has already arrived here in NZ. Not bad for a first order from them.

Greetings all,

After reading BIGROBOTALLIG8R and having a very similar experience with them, I feel the need to add my voice about the negative experience i had with wbcollect.

the ironic thing is that i actually vouched for this company in an earlier posting of this thread.

but i was too quick to be kind.

I ordered an mu figure way back on september 2nd and when i inquired about it in october, he emailed me he would look into it. well nothing since then and its been over 2 months. i've emailed him 3 times and even got paypal to look into. unfortunately because i trusted him, i let the time frame expire and paypal could not issue me a refund but made a note in his account profile incase others found the same problem with him.

while the amount is not the issue, the lack of customer service and rudeness in his business dealings is such an unprofessional and childish reaction. its totally confusing. it seems he doesn't know how to handle any conflicts or negative aspects from his end. he could simply send an email that he messed up or that factors beyond his control have caused issues and then refund the money. but instead he ignores all emails and keeps the money. wow. how does he stay in business.

i hate posting anything negative about someone without them having their say in their defense but he seems more comfortabel using toyark forum to let us know he has new stock instead of addressing the issues some of us have had.

oh well. i hope he grows up and learns how to run a business better than this and for all that were inticed by his prices ( like myself), beware of the negative side.

I've had multiple experiences with WBCollect and they've all been positive. Obviously others have had problems. The lesson here is to always put in a claim before the timeframe for when the Paypal claim will expire. There is no reason to wait, put in the claim and at least the funds will be held until they are released. Im always surprised that people arent quick to use this feature. Never send payment as a gift unless you are extremely comfortable with the seller or that person. Thats also an easy way to get screwed. Make sure everyone who has negative experiences puts this in WBCollects feedback thread.

I ordered 4 mu comic packs from him 2 weeks ago from ebay. Out of the four he sent one wrong. I emailed him and he sent the correct one a few days later.

Yeah I'm surprised by everyone's negative experiences, I haven't ordered from them before but I've asked them plenty of questions and always have been quick to respond and quite polite. That spells out 'good-seller' to me.

I was being too trusting, and lets be honest here, it wasn't a good call on my part. I should have just filed the claim(s) with Paypal. Their concern over email seemed very genuine to me and I figured it would be resolved as was my initial transaction with them. I was wrong to do so and I do feel that there was never really any intention on their part to resolve this problem.

Ah well, live and learn I guess. I still haven't heard anything from them at this point. I don't know how much recourse I have with this if any at all. All I can really do is post my experience on boards so others can be wary of potential transactions with them.

Take care all

Its always admirable to be invested in one business on that sort of level, so good for you for working at it.

I made a more detailed response to you on the WB feedback thread as well as sending you an email. Please work at resolving this with me.

Take care

Hi all,

I just want to update everyone on my situation.

WbCollect got back to me thanks to this forum and thread and he set things straight.

I appreciate someone who stands by their word and has pride for their work.

No hard feelings on my end and look forward to doing some new business with you down the road.
