I will be happy to ship a replacement Comic Pack at no charge to you under separate cover to the address you provided. Please note the Comic Packs are part of an assortment and we cannot guarantee the exact figures. If this Comic Pack is not available, we will need to substitute with a different pack.

What a simple and straightforward response. Go, Hasbro!

Ah glad you got it sorted man,i havent been so lucky,i called hasbroUK customer service, theys aid return it to the store,if they wont exchange it then get back in touch,so im gonna give the store a call,and will give you all an update once i know whats happening......

To be fair i didnt have great expectations,its just more proof that hasbro really doesnt give a damn about the european action figure fans!!!

Well just to wrap this up,i have successfully changed two-right arms juggy for one left+one right armed juggy!! Tho i do feel very guilty for taking two-right armed juggy back.....id grown quite attached to that lil bugger!!!
