This is my action figure display for the month of June. A very simple Justice League of America Vs. The Legion of Doom display. With my Lego figure box in the middle and Funko Pop figures of Scotty, Hawkeye, and Batman also in the middle. Since it's a Justice League display I have Justice League trade paperbacks in the back to put further emphasis on the Justice League theme. Tomorrow I'll set up my July display of All American Heroes from the Marvel, DC, and IDW/Hasbro universes.

My July display is ready just in time for the Fourth of July. Real American Heroes as far as the eye can see.

I can never have enough BTAS figures. These may not be pictures of my top shelf but I thought I'd share them just the same.
Batman The Animated Series

The New Batman Adventures

Mix of both

Here's my complete core roster of GI Joes from the Classified series. When Stalker, Cover Girl, and Kamakura come out, I'll be sure to add them to the collection. If they make figures for Hawk, Tunnel Rat, Quick Kick, Jinx, and Rey I'll definitely add them. Of course, I'd need to add GI Joe and GI Jane to the roster if Hasbro makes Classified figures for them too. They should the line is named after General Colton who is GI Joe. Right now my priority for the Classified line is building a COBRA roster.

The Batman series looks amazing. Congratulations. A beautiful blend of old and new. I will be organizing my Batman shelf soon. I don't know much about the Gi Joe series, but they look very nice. Congratulations.

Thank you. Yeah. A lot of those early BTAS figures were loose figures my parents or I found in a toy bin or bagged at Vintage Stock when I was a kid. That's why the Standard TNBA Batman and Robin are missing their capes. Alfred's coattails were missing from the Alfred I have. Also, the Jet pack that was supposed to come with that BTAS Batman in a flight suit was with the TNBA Batman that is wearing all black with the gray logo. The DC Direct Batman and Harley I recently got from Vintage Stock along with the TPB of Batman the Adventures Continue from Vintage Stock after selling some of my old stuff.

Yeah. I love GI Joe and the Classified Series actually brought me back to action figure collecting. I did see that you have a figure of the Baroness from Rise of COBRA in your mixed collection. I take it you're just not a die-hard GI Joe fan.

I had to make some changes to my top because my cats kept knocking over my brother's Funko Pop figures in our kitchen. I decided to put both my brother and my Funko pop figures on a shelf in our living room and then moved around the figures on my bookshelf it looks pretty nice honestly.

I moved Captain America and Duke to the center of my shelf and then had Black Widow and Scarlett moved next to them. Flint got moved to the front. Now Punisher and Beach Head are more visible. Also, I replaced the TPBs of Ultimates: Homeland Security and GI Joe Reloaded: In The Name of Patriotism with Avengers: Disassembled and GI Joe America's Elite: America's Newest War.

The Doctor Strange and Han Solo figures were the ones my cats kept knocking over, I moved them to a shelf they don't jump on. The Spider-Man figure I found boxed in a closet with lego sets that belong to my brother and me that we boxed up after we moved out of our mom's home. The Scotty, Hawkeye, and Batman figures used to be on my bookshelf. I took the liberty of putting the Star Trek and Civil War TPBs behind them.

I also got DC Multiverse Aquaman from the comics.'I almost have a Justice League assembled of McFarlane figures. All I need is a Rebirth Wonder Woman and Barry Allen Flash, which McFarlane hasn't made yet.

I also found the Gotham Knights Batgirl at Vintage Stock. It can go with my Gotham Knights Nightwing and my Mortal Kombat figures as part of my Gamerverse.

I can never have enough Batman, just found a Mattel DC Multiverse figure packaged in a McFarlane Box.

Went to Vintage Stock to sell some old stuff in exchange for new stuff and found the Classified Storm Shadow and Cobra Officer grabbed them instantly.

Here they are with the rest of my COBRA roster so far. When I get more actual villains and COBRA army builders I may have to do two separate image shoots for COBRA. One for all the villains in COBRA and the second for COBRA's forces. Both image shoots will feature Cobra Commander.

I also grabbed Batman The Adventures Continue Season 2 at Vintage Stock then went to B Pop comics down the street and Got GI Joe Reborn the prequel to Reloaded. Now my reading list is coming along well.

Anyway here's the pairing of Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow.

The Storm Shadow is really good, love that his left hand is sculpted to fit an arrow between his index finger and middle finger.

Marvel Villains it's a bit more mixed this time of Hasbro and Toybiz

Sinister Six this time it's almost all Hasbro with 3 Hasbro Spider-Man Origins figures.

It's a new month which means it's time to set up a new display on the top shelf of my bookshelf. This month it's a Retro Avengers vs. Masters of Evil. I added COBRA army builders are there to break up what would be the monotony of the Avengers fighting Spider-Man villains. I wouldn't put it past Dr. Doom to have COBRA be Latveria's national security agency.

New month, new display time. This month I have a display of all things, Batman, because Batman Day comes this month on the 17th.

I almost thought about having every Minifigure in the Lego Minifigure box be a Batman character but then when I saw that my action figures would just obscure most of the Minifigures, I was glad I didn't do that. Maybe next year. The 60s Batman & Catwoman Funko figures were last-minute additions I dusted them after taking the photo.

Love it all! I like how you incorporate the comic books in as well, everthing is staged so nicely. So much Bat-goodness here, I like the Harley pose, that's perfect

Cool Penguin as well, I feel like there aren't enough Penguin figures. Also have to call out the 60's style figures, the "Batusi" pose nails it.

Thank you. Yeah, Comic covers can make for great backgrounds as I have learned. From doing these kinds of displays and photoshoots. The Harley pose was something I thought of incorporating into the display since she doesn't have holes in her feet to place in a stand as Batman does. So I figured to have Batman carry her.

I did a count of how many versions of the characters I had on this display.
1: Harley Quinn
1: Batgirl
1: Talon
1: Riddler
2: Penguins
2: Catwomen
3: Jokers
6: Batmen

Yeah. I also like those 60s figs. A way of homaging Batmen of various eras.

It was from Mattel's 2003 DCAU Batman line. It was just a variant. I got it in a Two-Face two-pack for Christmas when I was in the 5th grade. I believe my parents got that from Vintage Stock. I don't know the exact name of the variant. It always reminds me of Wrath or Catman.

Thank you, that's helpful! Now that you mention it, I always thought Catman had a great costume, it may be that resemblance that's drawing me to this one.

Yeah. I almost wish they had just made it Catman. Yeah. I know he never wore a costume in the New Batman Adventures, but still deviate from the show a bit and make it Catman.

I found Major Bludd at Brothers Toys & Collectibles, it's going to fit nicely with the rest of my developing COBRA roster.

Also I found a loose figure of Superman from the DC Universe Classics line which means saying goodbye to the placeholder I have from that line.

Here's Superman with the rest of my DCUC figures so far.

Superman characters

Batman characters

My Spider-Verse or maybe it's more of a Clone Saga of Marvel Legends Spider-Men.

Here is my Spawn figures from the 1990s 5" line. Spawn and Medieval Spawn are missing most of their accessories including their capes, then again these were loose figures I found at Vintage Stock, so whoever resold them didn't make sure they had everything for the figures before reselling them. Though without these figures, I wouldn't be the Spawn fan I am today because my parents buying them for me introduced me to Spawn.

My 2003 Batman 6" line collection most of these were loose figures I found at Vintage Stock that's why Nightwing is missing his sticks. Surprisingly the Ninja Batman and Armored Batman did have everything they were supposed to have when I bought them. I just need to find all of the Armored Batman's gear so for now, he'll have his wrist rocket launcher. I need to find the other half of the Ninja Batman's staff, I always thought the Wolverine claw gadget was the cooler accessory anyway. I know where Joker's hammer is, I just never liked that version of his hammer too plain so I gave him an assault rifle instead. Arctic Batman and Mr. Freeze were birthday gifts I got way back when this line was on the shelves, in fact, those two figures introduced me to Batman. I would pair these up with the Toybiz Marvel Legends Spider-Man Vs. Doc Ock set I had at the time and do Batman & Spider-Man team-ups against Dr. Octopus & Mr. Freeze. Until the Toybiz figures broke because they weren't very well made. I have lost the Arctic Batman harpoon launcher (?) and I think his translucent orange visor broke. The shield was always my favorite accessory because it could become a snowboard when necessary. That's why the Arctic Batman is the only figure in the line with holes in his feet. I will say Superman was the most unusual figure in the line because he has his own franchise and would have no reason to be in a Batman line when he can have his own separate line. Also because his figure is so different from all the other figures. He's the only figure with elbow articulation and aside from Killer Croc the only character with feet articulation. He also has a rubber cape while everyone else has cloth capes. Also, I didn't realize it until recently but I have every character in that line, I just don't have every version of Batman the line has to offer. That line was primarily Batman variants. Superman was put into the line before Batgirl, Catwoman, Riddler, Two-Face, Bane, Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Penguin ever were. Only making the inclusion of Superman weirder. The Superman figure did show how Mattel's articulation for 6" figures would improve for lines like DC Super Heroes which was their next line.

I went to a local mall to check out a Labor Day sale at the new EntertainMART that opened there and found some neat stuff.

I got the Leader from the Marvel Legends line at a 33% discount because it was used.

Then I went to Gamestop in the same mall and got Soul Crusher at a discount. Now here are revised picks of my 7" Spawn figures.

With pistols drawn.
