Mysterious Legends scale Spider-Man figure?

Hey folks... just won this Spidey off Ebay. Thought it looked kinda cool since it looks Legends scale but has an MU style torso, and figured I can mod the hips easily into swivel/hinge types. Thing is I can't figure out what Spidey this is or what line he's from. Anyone seen this guy before? I'd love to find out what line he's from and if he actually is 6-inch scale... lol.
