i hope they're made better than wave 1, i've heard that a lot of them have major paint mess ups and also production errors(2 left biceps, left hand, or left feet)
And the comic books are apparently very banged up.

The errors in paint apps seem pretty common in the early waves of the MU stuff. When I first found the entire wave 1 and 2 about a week and a half before street date I picked them all up. Upon opening them I started to notice little problems with the paint. Same thing happened with wave 3. I always check to get the best figure on the peg but sometimes there is only one.

The newer shipments seem to have a more consistent application with fewer mistakes. Hopefully as the comic packs ship out the paint issues are addressed. But the two-left-leg thing is just unacceptable.

Anybody have any theories on why they're not releasing the comic books in numerical order?
Also, remember that Rhodey was in the Iron Man suit during the Secret Wars, so it's practically like we're getting a War Machine figure
