NECA, timely as always with their movie-related licenses. The Munsters figures will probably be out in mid-2023 at this point, when the limited buzz from Zombie's 'eh' movie has completely died.

Gone are the days of toys being in stores a month before the film comes out. Mcfarlane seems to do it along with spin master. Mattel hits with the Jurassic world stuff. Everyone else……

That magic of getting the memorabilia for films seems to be a thing of the past.

Thats ok, most of the stuff made to coincide with a specific release date tends to be underwhelming by and large. The good stuff usually comes out a little later..

I predicted that while this wasn't at NYCC we'd still see it this month. Hopefully they do Naru too (with Sarii), revealing her today would've actually been more fitting since it is Indigenous People's Day.

Randy probably won't do Naru, and if he does, she'll come out half assed because she ain't a turtle.

The Feral Predator prototype looks good so far. It's a shame that so many figures these days can't even get images out around the time that the entertainment is "hot" on everybody's minds. What would REALLY blow my mind is if Hulu releases 4K discs of Prey and Hellraiser. I'd gladly retire my homemade Blu-rays of them if that happens.

Very excited for the Feral Predator. Absolutely loved its design, especially the mask.

NECA did retweet the following post so here's hoping they actually deliver.

NECA probably won't do NARU but they will likely make a half dozen feral variants. Standard per the preview, battle damaged, cloaked, semi-cloaked, crackling cloaked, heat vision etc

And I can't imagine the target audience for the Munsters... Loved and still love the series, but could not watch 15 minutes of this crap...
I even enjoy Rob Zombie's movies, but this was beyond comprehension, tbh.

I on the other hand am beginning to prefer this M.O.
You get the movie/series trailer hype, then you get the preorders, then you watch the show and see that it is crap, then you cancel your preorders.
Its a win/win for my wallet!

I don't care one way or the other about the film/movie/etc. Toys are a completely separate art to me. No matter what the release date is...I'm always a LOSER! lol.

I like having no reference material for an action figure. I get to make up a story. Most materials spoil it. Point and case, one of my favorite figs ever, GOBLIN SLAYER BY FIGMA. I found myself curious to know what it was off a quick google search, I regretted it. Oof...

I have no idea who that is.

BTW, why hasn't NECA shown off anything for Halloween Ends yet?

I haven't been this excited to get a new Predator in years. Last one I bought was the Kenner Clan Leader homage in 2017. But yeah I seriously want a Naru.

Feral Predator looks great, I'll pick one up. Hope NECA realizes the demand and make more stuff from the movie.

Also, I really liked their vintage Berserker Predator, I would love to see them do Feral in a similar way.

Yeah - I knew the series beforehand so there's no way I would ever let collectibles based on it in my house. Disgusting garbage.

Definitely better to pretend the figure is just a random knight.

Then you should watch the movie it is based on, "Prey", because you missed a really good film.

Neca always making killer horror Figures!!
Looking good so far cant wait for this Ultimate Feral ! Six Ultimate predators from neca coming any time now (warrior ,Stone Heart, Boar ,snake ,elder, shaman) I need my fix....
Hopefully New 2022 Hell raiser movie will inspire Neca to make wave of The Cenobites .The new Cenobite designs are really well done costumes .Different, complex and more gory similar to the tortured souls line designs mcfarlane put out. Neca can have 5 new looks 2 (similar past character tributes) to made into Figure form.
Hell Priest
The Chatter
The Weeper
The Gasp
The Asphyx
The Mother
The Masque

I'm good. It wasn't even worthy enough to be released in theaters, and it's just another Predator movie.

Prey WAS good, but ultimately, you're right...it was just another Predator movie.

Seriously, it was well-made and I think that's why everyone is praising it so much, but it's not really deserved. It's yet another cookie-cutter Predator entry, and it actually does absolutely nothing whatsoever to take the series forward, evolve or develop the Predator lore, or do anything else that would perhaps draw in new fans and generate interest in a sequel. Oh, the ending ties into Predator 2, whoopee.

Again, not ripping on Prey. It's a solid movie with a very good, likable protagonist, and the time period it's set in is a nice little change of pace. But other than that, it's 100% exactly more of the same.

I say this all the time, but they need to adapt the Dark Horse AVP comics. Now THAT would be cool.

I don't know, actually receiving positive reactions among the general movie watching crowd will certainly turn quite a few heads that haven't watched a Predator film before, or only the original. And the same notion will create interest in seeing more.

Well, we'll see. I for one would love to see more Predator movies as I'm a big fan of the concept, but I would also like to see them try something just a little different than doing "Predator hunting humans on Earth" over and over and over.
