Either one looks to be ok. It's really up to personal preference when it comes to price guides of any kind.
One thing to keep in mind is only use those price listings as a general reference. Chances are, by the time a price guide has been published, the listings are anywhere from 6 months to a year old or more. In other words, they're outdated and potentially obsolete. The exception to this is vintage toys, since their value has pretty much stabilized, but will steadily increase over time any way (the older and rarer it becomes). The best thing to look for when buying a price guide is visual references. Make sure that it has detailed pics from multiple angles (or in various modes) as well as all of the accessories. A bonus would be if it also included images of any known variants and/or side-by-side comparison pics. Hope this helps!
