These are all absolutely stunning, especially Illythia. I picked up nearly all of the vampires except for the ogre. Now onto the agonizing wait for them to finally ship... |

These all look really, really nice. The paint looks terrific. I'm not so into the line where I know all the parts but from what people have seen there's tons of new parts in this wave. The vampires look great but aren't in line with my ML collection. I still might get the winged vampire though. It'll be hard for me to not to get all the horses. I'm definitely getting the moose, that's crazy awesome. I'm trying to have a dwarves collection and I think that'll look good with them. |

I wonder if or when they'll do more MOTU tribute figures in this line. I'm still hoping for a Teela figure, and maybe Beast Man and a regular Man at Arms. Still waiting for the She-Ra and Hordak tribute figures to ship.

Damn! These figures are spectacular! If I ever win the lotto I am diving into the Mythic Legions line... in the meantime I will wait to see it Hasbro does a D&D action figure line to compete...

They do them once every year for PowerCon. Usually a set of two. Next year should be no different.

If I was running Hasbro I would buyout Mythic Legions and then launch my D&D line using Mythic Legions as a full owned subsidiary...

Does anyone know the story with the second Artemyss figure? Why did they make it? The Four Horsemen shut down their forum so I have no access to their news any more. The new one looks fantastic, but I already paid for a deluxe version of this character and wonder why they revisited her. |

The competition was over a long time ago and Mythic Legions won. Hasbro can't do what these guys do. Not at all. D&D might have the characters that are better known but in terms of sculpts and business model and how the companies are run Mythic wins. Mythic is for adults and the D&D stuff is for kids.

Ordered Illythia, two Bat guys and the giant- I've had to trim down my ML space pretty drastically but my shelf is still predominantly Vampire- these guys I will absolutely find room for!

				 | Quote: According to what was said during the G-Con 2020 event, the original attire was more ceremonial, while this version is battle ready. It also appears to be more complementary of her moose steed. I passed on the first iteration finding the fairy wings to be a bit much, but ordered this latest figure as it fits my wants a little better. It doesn't seem like just wearing different clothes. She seems like a redesign (echoing the Baron). Last edited by jscott991; 11-16-2020 at 03:20 PM.. |

				 | Quote: And the face and eyes seem a lot more detailed and more elf-like. It's as though they thought the first Artemyss was a miss and they re-did her. Considering she isn't that old of a figure, it's weird. I understand why they redid Voltigar (a very old figure). But I'm annoyed that I have this deluxe version of Artemyss that has been superseded. |

I'm so glad they improved and extended the vampire line. The Bats are my favorite ML figure ever so had to order 2 of them. Also ordered the improved Baron as they seem to be giving certain characters more of a personalized look instead of just armor. His new armor detailing is awesome.

As much as I love the fantasy stuff, I can't wait to get a peek at the FH's take on the Cosmic side of things. |

Preorder ends in a couple days, still thinking about what to get! Definitely all three horses and Illythia.

I have a question about Vorgus Vermillius, is the blood armor a thing that can walk around and fight on its own or does it require a host or someone inside of it to function?
