Yo, if you aren't articulated, you're a figurine at best, or a statue. A figure or Action figure needs to have a few points of articulation. This word "figure" is getting thrown around a lot these days. This looks cool, like the accessories, but this is a figurine.

For clarification, the pre-order page states it has "7 points of articulation".
