Wont be charged until it is in stock, but it just says "1st Quarter 2012" so it will just hit you as a surprise.

Not sure if Sideshow still has their preorders open, but they usually allow flexpay which will break the payment up over a couple months to make it hurt a little less.

So true, but if you get just one, let it be a Keaton Batman . Regarding the Batsignal though, I am going to make my own 1/6 scale signal from Polystyrene. It is going to be pretty epic looking I think!
