Reminds me of an old MAD magazine comic I saw, it was set in a department store and they couldn't sell their stock of lawnmowers at $150 a piece, so they upped the price to $250 and put a sign in front that said "LAWNMOWERS ON SALE- JUST $150!" hahaha

People want to feel like they're getting a deal. I think it was JC Penny who tried years ago no coupon policy and just marked everything down to the price it would be anyway and their sales went down lol. So they put the coupons back.

When I worked at Office Max ages ago, that was 100% what we would do, especially on Black Friday and clearance sales.

NECA changed their Twitter icon to be a preview for the Mummy, so we know he's coming.

Great news. Surprised he's next in line before Dracula though. I really hope they have the rights to do Lugosi's Dracula and there's no issue with doing his likeness, since I've heard his estate has been difficult to work with in the past for Lugosi Dracula merchandise.

Also, am I alone in wishing NECA would also do figs for the 1992 Bram Stoker's Dracula? Gary Oldman in his various incarnations of Dracula and Anthony Hopkins' Van Helsing would be awesome as figures.

I'm guessing the 29.99 is what your likely to find for a price at Target.

Looking forward to this, and also doing Hammer. Hammer needs more love. Oooo, 'con exclusive Captain Kronos would be nice.

A yes to Kronos but a no to any con exclusive release. Don't give them any ideas.

Kronos is sadly too obscure, so I thought the best hope for him would be as a 'Con exclusive.
