Neat, but I assume they're US-exclusive yet again. It would be cool if they finally found a way to release them worldwide but I'm not holding my breath.

Outside of U.S. and Australia, someone else would need to pick up the license and distribute them there. Unless something has changed with their licensing agreement.

If this turns out to be true, then I wonder if the arcade figures will get a Target release as well. Neca has shown off some pixelated TMNT figures at SDCC and indicated that they weren't going to be released at a convention.

Hmmmm... I just want a few more foot ninjas. Hopefully these will release in an army-building two pack.

I have the Figuarts Turtles, seeing as there seems to be no way they'll release their Shredder I'll pick up the bad guy packs to flesh out the collection.

My guess, if this is true, it'll be a Turtle packed with a bad guy. That way, if you buy all 4 Turtles, you get all 4 Villains.

Still though... Really weird... I'm surprised Randy didn't tell them not to photograph the Turtles, unless this is one of their marketing ploys haha

Using my amazing powers of precognition, I predict at least half of these will be bought and returned with the NECA turtle swapped out for the crappy Playmates cartoon turtles...

Neca released a mask for the deluxe edition of their most recent album and figures have been teased. So yeah, they have a relationship

Coheed & Cambria is far from a "random ass band". Ha. Do your research first.

I've certainly heard of them from when "9" came out, but 18 years? I had no idea they've been around that long.

Second stage turbine blade, their first official release album, came out in February 2002. So more like 17 years, unless you count before they were coheed, then that goes back to 1995, but who's counting lol.

Anywho, I tweeted @ necatoys last night about the leaked pictures floating around on these target turtles looking for info and they responded back cryptically (as per usual) that toy fair was right around the corner. So I would expect these to be officially leaked during toyfair with all the info. Definitely Target exclusives and definitely only in the USA most likely.
