I have one of each, but I'll grab this as I want to be able to use all of the head sculpts. Maybe I can use some of the other interchangeable heads from NECA and create two other Marines with the original figures.

Want! I had an opportunity once to get the regular Hudson for retail at a comic store but passed and have sorta regretted it since so now I can get both he and Hicks with the alt heads too.

I missed out on the single releases and was always annoyed that the versions that came in the two packs had extra accessories (helmets, etc.), so this set is fantastic news for me. It's a must-buy.

BTW, any idea if the arms/heads on these will be 100% painted like the original releases or actually cast in flesh-colored plastic this time to match the more recent figures like Vasquez? I really hate it when NECA goes with full paint and obscures their awesome sculpts. Looking at the pics it looks like they may have gone with flesh-colored plastic this time, but who knows?

The photos here are actually the same as the old photos for the individual figures.

This is yet another proof that NECA (and Randy via Twitter) really listens to its fans, especially those who missed out on the initial release. I already have the 2-packs but I really want those alternate heads.

And as Joe Moore mentioned, I can use the extras for custom marines. Everybody wins!

And Randy just said on Twitter they are sampling both the original paints and the injected translucent flesh style to determine which way they will go with this.

Anybody know if the helmets are removable? I want the option of using the helmets on the alternate heads. If they are glued on, I don't care...as long as they would fit the other heads I can pry the effers off.

They're glued on and the head sculpts under the helmet are unpainted and have a giant peg where the helmet plugs in.

Damn. Well, still might be worth it for the alternate heads and full accessory set. IIRC Hicks didn't come with a tracker or shoulder lamp. Plus, the strap on his shotgun pouch broke on mine.

Better-looking skin would be a real plus, as well. My Hicks and Hudson figs looks like they went a little overboard on the spray tans.

I kind of hope they have the same paint as the original. I really don't want to have to buy this set, as I have all 4 already, but as a completist I'll have to pick it up with any variation.

Wow! F-yeah NECA!! So glad these two are getting a re-release. I only started collecting the Alien/Aliens waves about a year and a half ago, so I missed out on these guys the first time around. Such a credit to NECA that they would do this, so many other companies would just let fans flounder, struggling to pay double, triple or even four times retail on the aftermarket, if they can hunt them down at all. So excited to add Hicks and Hudson to my recently acquired Frost, Vasquez and Ripley! Now if we could just get a re-release of Dutch, both my Alien and Predator setups would be near-complete!

I'm hoping the joints on these are the same as the Ash vs Evil Dead Ash figures. Can't remember off top of my head. I have plenty of Ash head sculpts to go around.
